What we do

Leaders in Change Facilitation

Salvera Services facilitate change in the health and social care industry through service re-design, operational policy and pathway development and education and training for strategic service improvement to raise qualtiy standards for patients and ensure we have a health & social care system that is sustainable for the future.

Service Re-Design

We can inform changes to an existing service or create a new service entirely. Planning and organising people, infastructure, communication and material components of your service in order to improve the quality and interaction between your business and its customers.

Operational Policy Developemnt

To help your company run efficiently, your policies must be appropriate, well written, and easily accessible. Furthermore, as management tools, they must be updated and maintained regularly to work effectively. We can help your company do this.

Pathway Development

Clinical pathways are tools used to guide evidence-based healthcare that have been implemented internationally since the 1980s. We run a four-stage process aiming to develop criteria to define a clinical pathway. We identify publications exploring the definition of a clinical pathway, derive draft criteria, pilot test the criteria, and modify criteria to maximise agreement between review authors.

Education and Training

Salvera Service can design and deliver full training packages including endorsed standards, qualifications and guideline documents to recognise, assess or simply improve the skills and knowledge your people need to perform effectively in the workplace.
