Detail: Programme aims:
Improve outcomes for people with CVD caused by atherosclerosis.
Promote evidence based clinical management across the pathway of care for people with CVD caused by atherosclerosis.
Improve effectiveness and efficiency in the NHS.
Strengthen clinical management through robust evaluation of a pilot project.
Reinforce evidence-based clinical management through publication and presentation at national and international conferences.
Strategic Intelligence Workshop
Client: Pharmaceutical / Industry Company
Delivery: Continuous diary commitments
Detail: Sessions include group lecture sessions, varying in size from as small as 3 – 4 to 20 – 30, with specific focus on client need. Current highlight topics are the NHS structures and change process with focus on STP priorities and action plan for change.
Mentor Session
Client: NHS / Pharmaceutical / Industry Companies
Delivery: Continuous diary commitments
Detail: Predominantly 1:1 sessions but can be delivered to small groups with the same outcome agenda. NHS clients have included programme managers new into post and existing senior managers wanting to understand specific structures and operation processes. Pharma & Industry clients vary in position from new / junior to senior members all primarily needing geographical NHS structure intelligence and a greater understanding of the clinical communities and service delivery.

Detail: Scoping of strategic programme / project opportunities include joint working agreement with Pharma / Industry with NHS / Local Authority and introduction of clients with joint strategic needs / outcomes with no plans for implementation. Project brief and PID can be drawn to support implementation plans.
